So I picked up my sled today and my dealer told me that they no longer are able to due the interest free. Anyone else hear about this? Said he just got informed a couple weeks ago to quit writing them with interest free.

He told me it just happen a week or so a ago!!!I wanted to get some more info before I call polaris tomorrow.

the sno check brochure said it was going to be available so I would definately make some phone calls toPolaris as that sems like they are not honoring their promise to me. I still have the brochure if you need some ammo.

not sure about polaris but i read on the skidoo spring order brochure that it says" subject to change without notice"

From what I know, and what is going on with Cat.....if you qualified when you snowchecked, then they have to honor the 12 months deal. If you go in today and fill out the paperwork and qualify you can't get it anymore.

I know all of the manufacturers pulled the no interest no payments deals recently. It may be a federal regulation deal.

I really think they have to honor what I bought at the time of signing the snow check deal!!! I own my own business and I know I can not change deals after I have paperwork in place saying this is how it goes!!

Capital one bought out the star card snocheck loans from HSBC last May.
Different bank = different policies perhaps.

Got a hold of polaris they are looking into it!! Right on the web page you can still find where it says interest free for 12 months on sleds with the star card through capital one!!

Guess what here's a surprise polaris never got back to me today!!!:face-icon-small-fro You would not think it would be that hard to figure out if they can or can't.

Kinda hard to call adealer you didn't buy a sled from and ask them questions. I have a buddy going to pick his up at Bristows tomorrow I will have him ask. I am pretty sure I am going to end out getting it but it should not be such a run around.

Got mine done.

Picked up my wife's sled today and got the 12 month interest free financing. When I called the dealer this morning they said that they got a notice that they couldn't do the interest free financing after September 30th. I already had a polaris starcard so I had them check with capital one about the 12 month interest free financing and they were able to do it. Why not use their money for free for 12 months and keep mine in the bank. On Polaris's website under financing it has the 12 month interest free financing under Capital Ones section.
