nitrous bottle question?

Since we can't post in the old "Performance/Modified" section.. I have a question perhaps someone may know.. I have a sled that has a Boss Noss system installed but the bottle is mounted upside down.. Can I buy a carbon fiber Boondocker bottle and install it upside down as well.. and it works properly.. I'm not a nitrous guy.. don't know what the differences are if any etc.

if they have a tube siphon tube they can be run upside down need to know if it has siphon tube
