How much weight can you drop off of a nitro with a tunnel and other stuff and how much does it cost

I have done mine with about as much light weight stuff as possible without titanium chassis and mine came in at about 595 pounds wet. It cost a lot for what you get, my opinion go with power and good suspensions do the major stuff track,and tunnel.

I would like to put it on a scale anyone around Grande Prairie have one I could use.
In the near future their will be a diamond s ti tunnel , a boss seat, under tunnel exhaust dump and light weight side panels. That should will get me to the 100 lb mark for around 8000 grand.

I thought the sub-frame was only 6 lbs max. did you weight the two ?

What is a Nytro? Is that a groomer or something?

Cheap lightweight job on mine that worked very well. Put 08 Cat rear float skid, built aluminum drop brackets and modified tunnel extension like the 2010 Nytro with a 162 Camo and put a tunnel dump exhaust on the midmount turbo. Lighter to lift on backend than an M8 now. Estimate about a 40 lb loss and have a timbersled front coming for it as well. Handles and rides better now than the cat I took the skid out of. Parts to do this were all laying around my shop and only took about 3 hours time to do.

Add another $3000 for a tunnel and that equals another complete sled.

Yes sir it would. But the smile on my face every time I push the flipper = priceless. 2 stock sleds would not equal this much fun.
