Night Life in Cheyenne

Don't go to the bar in the Best Western!!
True story: First ever trip out to the Snowies was over x-mas week. We decided to stay at the Best Western on new years. They had a bar, big spread for dinner, pool, etc. What could go wrong right?
So we're in the bar getting a good jag on before dinner and my Gaydar is hitting the governor. There was nothing obvious, just a weird vibe in the air. We leave the bar to go eat and it's like a damn Gay 90's pinata exploded in the lobby. I mean there were dudes making out, dudes dressed like women, women dressed like dudes, and whole other group of people that I really wasn't sure what they were supposed to be.
Needless to say we got the hell out of there and went down town. We went to a couple different bars (no idead what they were called) and had a good time. The crowd was pretty decent, but it may have been because of the holiday.

I was thinking the same thing.
there's a few decent bars downtown that younger crowds usually go to. the albany, the crown, etc. the outlaw is on the southside theres a lot of people that go there on the weekend not my favorite though. we usually go to old chicago, tuskers, texas roadhouse, or uncle charlies. but, like these guys are saying...not much for a night life here

Clowns den has a new owner as of couple years ago. Quality, 11 nice ones on the board while we were there. New arrivals hourly.
Have had lots of good times at the DEN. Go south of Cheyene to the colo. border. Used to be lots of trucks with sleds in the parking lot on fri. nights, but not so much anymore. We went there about a month ago and the women were much better than last year though!!!!

Hwy #? You kidding? From some of the posts I've seen on this 4m over the years these sledheads are like coon dogs when it comes to "quality" girls and they go strictly by smell.

Try Game On. Loud music, dancing, pool. It just moved to the old Chey dive--the Cheyenne Club building at 17th and Capitol. Say Hi to CJ the bartender.

I had a few of "those" nights in that place when I used to live in Cheyenne from 2000-2002 or so ....
