Next Year's Model

There is a new throttle that I'll have out for next season.
All new 6061 billet aluminum lever
Edge Works in Meridian, Idaho (10 miles west of here) is cutting out the first 10 proto types now. They should be ready for testing with in the next 2 weeks.
I've basically got 2 years into designing this new model.

The biggest advantages are that it will take up about 1/2 the bar space of the current model,
It's more adjustable with the addition of in-line cable adjuster at the other end of the cable.
It will fit around those big Ski-Doo control panels much better, as well as fitting the other brands better too.
Mount up time is even faster than the current set up.
All cable lengths are pre-cut for the specific models,
Even higher quality cables than the current ones that the other guys still haven't caught up to yet.
In short, there will be NO better throttle available anywhere.

Now don't get me wrong,
the current throttles are great and argueably as good as anyones if not better,
but this new one is definately taking the off side throttle technology forward to a point where it just hasn't been before.
Like all things, It must move forward or it's just not worth doing.

Ya, I'm slow. Lets leave my mental status out of this now.... lol
It doesn't take that long to just slap one out,
But to get every possible detail just perfect takes time, effort, and money.
A lot of that time was spent in going through every possible detail of everyone's product I compete with.
I bought each and made sure that my design will be far enough ahead to not have to just re-design again for the next season.

I'll have some good pics up as soon as I get these 10 back from the machinist.
They were originally scheduled to be done a couple weeks ago,
But Don (Machinist) found a couple details in my drawings that needed some attention. We got that all worked out, and they should now be done with in the next couple weeks.

We are actually ahead of schedule right now though in that this is next year's model
