I started riding at 3 and driving at 6 your son will be fine!!!

Snowmobiling will get better and better as he gets older and learns how to ride!! Enjoy!!:face-icon-small-hap

Thanks everyone! I'm happy to report that I'm now an owner of a 2010 Skidoo Summit Everest 800. 154 in track. :D It only has about 140 miles on it and is in great condition. Gonna order either the 1:1 or 2-up seat for when I take the kiddo.

Now I just have to get a trailer and all the gear!

Please please please do not ride with your kids in front of you. Remember force is equal to mass X acceleration. A few years back we ran into some people going down the trail with a child in front the Dad hit something on the trail he is not even sure what he hit, forced the child into the bars the child broke some ribs and his leg. The Dad felt terrible. It doesn't take much nor do you need to be going very fast. This works on the same principal as driving with your child in the front seat sitting on your lap.

If you don't ride with the kid in front you will spend half your day going back looking for them.
And ride as though your kid was there!
There are lots of ways they can be hurt riding behind.
