New to CO

Greetings and Happy New Year. I just moved to CO from Alaska. I have four mountain sleds and sometimes 6-8 riders. Looking for places to play off trail close to parking for when I have more riders than sleds and a "tailgate" party going on. Any suggestions where might have this set up?
I live in Parker.

Out of the places I've been, Vail Pass has the closet good riding near the parking lot. However their lot is pretty small and tight, just doesn't conjure up images of tailgating. Guess you could change that.




Wolf Creek Pass good riding is fairly close, with lot more conducive to tailgating.




I've thought of doing what you want to do on a smaller scale. And weather permitting, our answer was to haul up lawn chairs, grill, etc. etc. to a staging area closer to the riding.


I'm a south guy, so don't know Rabbit Ears, etc. up that way????
