What about drilling little holes and spray foam? Would that do the job easily? or does it expand to fast to get all over?

Really the best way is to simply remove all the interior. I picked up 1" styrofoam for the walls and 1 1/2" for the roof. I got the right side done and repaneled except the corner trim. I still have to remove the corner trim and left wall before I can remove the roof panels.
