New Sony HDD camcorder?

k... I have been shooting some video, and I would like to load it on something like Photobucket. Can I load it directly Photobucket/something similar or do I have to do something different. I noticed there is a puter program that came with it, just havent had time to read directions or mess with it...

If you can get it to mpg or some avi formats, youtube can handle those. Personally I'm a fan of h.264... real nice codec that compresses nicely and still keeps good framerate and video quality.

MPEG is the most compatible format.
