New Sled Video

Who thinks someone should make a sled video with some of the old school mods from the 90's. The videos now days are cool, and there are some nasty insaine climbs, but all the guys are riding 400+hp sled that cost $50,000. I think it would be cool to get some old Indy chassis with 925's and old tripples, and that kind of stuff climbing huge hills that they cant make it to the top of. That way you could see the decent back down the hill. What sparked this crazy idea was watching an old Mark Frye VHS. It was cool to watch cause you didnt know if the people were gonna make it or have to turn out. Am i alone on this, or would people be interested to see a sled that doesnt have 400hp try to climb climb a hill, and have a rider give it everything he has to make it?

We were just talking about this in Spokane forum. Funny thing is that in the old Snow Extreme's and Gravity meltdown Lentz, Walker, and Nelson were climbing most of the chutes the guys today brag about climbing on 400+ HP apexes. There has been a number of chutes climbed to the right of turbo and all over revy by their 670 turbos back in the 90's. Some were on 136's non the less.

Thats what im saying. Its a lot more impressive on a 200 hp sled with a 136. Anyone with a 400hp sled with a 174 can climb damn near anything.

yep and knowing sponsors will replace anything damaged so you can let the sled go when your close to killing yourself helps a fella as well...yea it would be neat a hill climbing vid that has shortfalls in it...we could all relate better....l love the sledding trips that have the turn-outs and rerunning hills and stuck in wicked deep powder in meadows etc..sometime not at the moment but certainly later
