New skis for the old phazers

Looking at getting rid of the old metal skis on the 2 phazers I have. I would rather not dump $400 per sled to do so.....so, what will work?

A little bit of wielding / metal fab and you can make a bracket to fit. Have used new style Yamaha plastic skis on Ovations and Kimpex plastic skis to fit a Sno Sport - no more boat anchors and they are much more forgiving than the metal skis.

I have three with take-off m-series skis, usually easy to come by, simple bolt on with just a drill to enlarge the bolt hole, and a little trimming on the rubber bumper between the ski and spindle.
