does it affect rpm max all the lightweigth clutch part i know less inertia you achieve rpm max faster but do you need more weight in ramp

No, only the clutch weights and shape, springs, and helix affect max RPM from a clutching perspective.

As you said this helps you change rpm more quickly, but won't add or subtract from max rpm or cause you to have to change your clutching setup

if i decide to install the bolts and the cover, i think new balancing of the clutch is required!?

That would be best. Unless you previously had the clutched balanced as component parts (IE; fixed sheave and hub, spider, movable sheave, and cover). Most places balance as an assembly including the factory so yes, a rebalance is in order, even if no new parts are installed. The factory balance is typically out of their own specification to start with. FWIW

This is true and should be followed- ^^^
Sent 4 to Indy Dan recently and the out of balance on NEW clutches
( never ran off snowchecked sleds) were off.. way off -and doing balancing put's them with tolerances with the components sent initally...

I agree with what's been said. Make sure and have it balanced in individual pieces.

But, If you are just changing to the titanium weight pins, which this thread is about, there's no need to get the clutch rebalanced for just the pins.
