YOU SEE IT HERE FIRST!!!

Exclusive to Timbersled.

EDIT: You CAN run your sway-bar with these shocks... you can't do this with the R model.

The 2014 FOX FLOAT3 EVOL with KASHIMA-COAT.

This all new shock represents the evolution of FOX FLOAT technology incorporating the evolutions of the negative air spring, plushness and bottom out resistance of the EVOL chamber chamber and new technology like Kashima coat and Bleed shim pistons that give excellent damping control for the performance enthusiast.

With the new bleed shim technology incorporated in this shock, careful valving selection and EVOL features.. we found that there really is no need to have valving adjustability in this shock for 98% of the riders. In fact, we have noticed that many riders with R-EVOL and X-EVOL shocks had them adjusted outside of the optimal setting simply because it took so much time to learn and setting and tune. With this shock, simply set your main and EVOL pressures and GO HAVE FUN!!

Being a mountain biker that enjoys some of this technology already its definitely exciting to see it making its way to sleds. However is this one of those products that if you have to ask how much you can't afford it?

That's a killer price to have those shocks! Nice score on something that might make an upper level set of shocks more available to folks!

Are these shocks gonna out perform the stock WE coil overs much?? Or they more of a weight reduction?

These are available for the Timbersled Mountain Tamer rear suspension. Not for stock PRO rear suspension at this time.:face-icon-small-coo

Excalibur that is incorrect.

The Shocks that are being talked about here are for the Ski shock front suspension only, NOT the Mountain Tamer Suspension. The Mountain Tamer Suspension shock is a different length and is valved differently. They are similar looking but not the same.

Yes, I am quite aware of front/rear and stock/mnt tamer. He ask about the rear and they are available at this time only for the mnt tamer rear suspension, NOT the stock PRO rear. I have the Float 3s Evols (Front track shock is a float 3 Kashima coated, no Evol chamber) Kashima coated front and rear on the way (I have Timbersleds rear suspension & front) Excited to give them a try:face-icon-small-coo

Shock option list from Timbersled for the Mountain Tamer rear suspension; #1 Fox Float Evol,#2 Fox Float-3 Evol Kashima, #3 Fox Float-2 Evol-X Adj., #4 Fox Float-3 Evol-X Kashima Adj., #5 EXIT X0 IFP, #6 EXIT X1 Adj.

Can anybody answer this?

I have the normal Evol R front shocks on my -13 PRO, way better than the stock WE is my opinion. You can have them more progressive than the stock, like initial looser but when compressed they getting stiffer.

Do not regret that I bought thoose, maby have to get this new ones if ther is a kit for replacing the stock shock in the track =)

Got to ask, what is the point of the expensive Kashima coating if its only on the shock body and not the shaft where it actually does something besides look cool? This looks like the same standard anodized coating on the usable part of the shock shaft that Fox has used for a decade. Please correct me here if I'm wrong.
