NEW PRODUCT FOR 2013 PRO RMK!

I didn't think anyone on this site hit anything with their sled?:face-icon-small-con
I don't think the price is bad. People spend a lot more on graphics.

I think 03 has something here.

sledneck_03 looks great, should work good too. One issue is...with sport atvs and aluminum skid plates you do hit something hard enough it bends and stays bent. with plastic it bends and bends back. what about using some thick plastic??
If it could be flat, the plastic would be great. The problem is getting it to conform or mold to the shape it need's to be where the bellypan is radiused on the bottom. But yes, the thick plastic is what we use on our RZR skidplates and works great.

UHMW is very easy to form with heat. same stuff they form ski bottoms out of. If you have the steel stamp you already have the right shape to do plastic too.

I think we'll just stick with what we know works and have tested. If the body doesn't change (which it could) maybe next season we will look at plastic. Thanks for all the input. :)

I kinda wanted to get this the second I saw it but now I want to make my own out of a piece of plastic 50 gallon drum just to see if I can do it. I even have whte drums to match my new sled. I usually have a 50% succes rate with my low budget solutions. It is a conversation piece if it works :face-icon-small-coo

let me know how it works out pete. i was just thinking of ways to make one myself. i was even thinking of just bending up a piece of stainless. for $60 i could bend up a bunch of pieces and every time i destroy it just replace it.

Not to take away from your post for your product TCP, but didn't I see another option out there lately for this too? i can't seem to find it. I just want to see the differences so i can make an informed decision. Looks good though!!:face-icon-small-hap

That one is much bigger than the TCP version. May or may not be needed. I feel that both products are good designs. You choose which ever you desire. :-)
