You will love the Pro, great machine. As for beating up on the cat, good luck, very close competion. I rode with a bunch of M8 Modded with pipes and goodies. I felt my Pro was a little underpowered being stock, so next year ( this summer ) I will be looking at a few options to get the power up for the steep and deep climbs. where you will beat the cat is when you climb up and out of deep pow when the cat is digging in.

you will never trade for so little again, 2500 yr to yr on exact same model then get 1000 from poo to 1500 then 450 for snow check and end result is 1050.

Damb If I could trade mine in for only $1500 on a 2012 I'd be pretty interested.I've got a little less than 600 on mine right now but still a good month plus of riding here.
