I see the pump gas turbo kit doesn't come with clutching. Do you have a clutch setup for the pump gas version? I ride mostly in Revelstoke however I take the family out around Saskatchewan as well where our elevation is closer to 1900'.

The M-8 runs 8000rpm. The M-1000 runs 7650.

w/ the turbos, do you need to be cautious of wreckn' other parts a little quicker? like c-bearings or pistons?

I was pretty sure that was the answer I was going to get that's a good excuse to buy a 163 powder claw I guess.

i'd recomend just going for a challenger extreme 2.5 153. its a real bummer you cant fit a 16 wide track under a M.

Ok that's good info have you had experiance with the change over does it require smaller drivers or a longer suspension hanger?? I like the idea of staying 153 for manuvering I think with the ovs kit this sled is going to be the most fun you can have with your clothes on ha ha!!!!

This was my primary concern with the 153 that's why I was contimplating slappin on a 162 to help a little any way

The clutch kit for the primary and secondary is $559.00. This includes OVS torsional rear clutch conversion and adjustable cover and both springs.
ok ive read the website and im a little confused , is there a kit for pump gas turbo for the m8 and if there is how much and what exactly comes in the kit ( clutching, fuel control, etc.) thnx.
Do you offer/recommend an intercooler. If no , why not.

We do offer a intercooler as a option. I do not run the intercooler because of the added weight, cutting holes or removing headlights so when boonedock riding the intercooler is not heat soaking and causing tuning issues. This is why are intercooler option has a fan included to correct the prolem of heat soaking. I run are sled's at 14lbs all the time and turn them up from there and never with the **PL FUEL SYSTEM** and the correct **TURBO SIZING**and **EXHAUST DESIGN** have never had the need for a intercooler. This is the customers choice if they want the intercooler and the system runs with or without no problem.
