You have me remembering the last time I raced an XP. A buddy from Portland came over with his new (new to him) 08 800 REV XP. We were heading to East lake from Paulina lake. I was on my 03 Polaris 800. We were on a groomed road, and he came up beside me at about 10 mph. He gave me that look, and it was on! He pinned it to the bar a little faster than me (he's a few years younger LOL) and got about a 2 sled jump. At 95 mph we were side by side and then my belt exploded! That is a sound I never want to hear again!

I am not making excuses... well maybe I am, but I would rather buy you a burger than blow a belt. Nah, who am I kidding....LOL
