For my first post I figured I should introduce myself. I want to thank everyone on here first of all for the great information that can be found if you dig a little bit.
Last year I bought my first sleds after always ridding a friends. I purchased a 1994 Arctic Cat Cougar Mountain Cat 440 with a 136 (was meant for the girlfriend to ride), and a 1997 Yamaha Mountain Max 700 with a 136. Spent substantial time on the cat last year which included meeting a tree at Mt. Misery, but looking forward to getting the Yamaha out more this year with the new snow fall.
I'm located in the LC valley and will be riding in the Craigs, Blues, up at Peirce and Elk River and maybe a trip to McCall if funds allow it. Anyone else in this area that doesn't mind riding with a newbie let me know and I would love to go out and learn some trails/techniques.
