If you are on the fence about buying the new album spend the 9.99 on itunes and skip the next couple of issues of swank or barely legal. These guys are back in full force and there is not a bad song on the album. They more than make up for the crap they've put out since the "Black" album. Buy it. You won't regret it. As a huge Metallica fan since the age of 10, and owning almost ever album, (Including St. Anger sadly to say...) METALLICA IS BACK!!! And with Metallica comes the guitar solo, I was glad that Kirk was able once again to show his awesome talent of soloing. I missed that in St. Anger, and I'm glad they aren't going with the "Norm" of today of no solo's and doing it how Metallica always has...Who cares what other people play, play like Metallica and the fans will LOVE it!!!

I bought the CD today and downloaded the whole album to Guitar Hero III. Very smart marketing idea! The wife and son are playing it right now so I'm listening to it in the background while checking out SW. That combo definitely gets me thinking about riding.

got it, Judas Priest invented metal, Mr Ozzy and his crew blew it up, and Metallica perfected it, now a group named Slipknot has took it to another level, athough the new Slipknot is not the best, its still timless music
