Howdy yall, add another one in Denver...
Picked up my own first sled early this year! Stumbled in to a smokin deal on a 2005 Skidoo Summit 800 144.
I rode many years ago on my family's old Mach 3 when we were still in Alaska. Fast forward 20+ years and my buddy from work took me up to the Snowy Range in WY twice. Thats all it took to get me hooked. Started looking for a sled right away and fell in to this deal! Coupla pics below of the last ride of the season on crappy "snow". Didnt get my sled until late in this terrible snow year, never got to play in any powder to speak of! I hope this year changes all that.
I'm currently on the hunt for a truck to get me places. I cant mooch rides off my buddy forever, and my 2wd, 4cyl Toyota isn't very suited to sled duties...I'm just getting started and this sport is snowballing way too quick! Gotta gear up at the expo, soon, too...ugh!
Anyways, I'm looking forward to this season. Bring the snow!
