Hello everyone. New member here from Colorado, currently live in the Denver area but spend a lot of time up in Summit County. I recently bought my first sled, a 2005 RMK 900 50th anniversary edition 166" track. I am relatively new to the sport, but have been out on some friends sleds about a dozen times.
Before the flaming begins; I realize there are issues with the 900's. I am a trained mechanic, and have no problems tearing this apart and rebuilding/upgrading. It was a price I couldn't refuse from someone who babied it.
That being said I look foreword to learning more, and will gladly accept any criticism, comments, thoughts, ideas about how to modify and make this RMK more reliable.
It has an SLP can, lefty goldfinger throttle. I just purchased a radiator delete kit, and will hopefully be putting in comp fusion mounts and a billet x member.
