New M8 Turbo-Advice before I burn her down!

Hey all,
bought a used 2007 M8 Race Gas Boondockers, no inter-cooler. Took her for a spin and seems to run just about perfect, which astounds me... I thought I would have to spend some serious time getting it to run right. I guess the guy before me set her up pretty nice.
Here are my questions though since I'm new to the turbo scene... It has egts and a/f gages, I know I'm supposed to keep my egts below 1300 and my a/f should be running around 14 at idle and around 12 at high rmps, correct? I am going to run 100ll because I can get it at $3.78/gallon at about 10-13lbs boost at 8k-12kft... Will probably through a gallon or two of sunoco 112 if I plan to run 13lbs...
It has a brand new turbo on it and a new top end, clutching also seems to be set up correctly. New bdx drive...
What should I be doing maintenance-wise to keep it running well? Anything I need to check more often than a stock sled?
I am going to buy a spare belt and plugs. What belts and plugs are you guys running? 046 for belt? Do some plugs work better than others?
Also should it be running the same fuel/oil ratio as stock sleds? This should be about 28-32:1 correct? Or are you guys using leaner ratios? And if so how difficult is it to change the ratio on the oil pump?
What should my fuel pressure read? It seems to read about 40lbs all the time, is this about right?
Thanks in advance...

Looks good runs good?

Don't screw with what works. On the fuel you might be close but if it is it will only cost you piston and maybe a turbo good luck and have fun.

Don't mess with what works...

I agree, but do I have those values right? It works, but so does a lean engine, it works really good until it blows....
And you guys using standard br9eya's or br9eix's???

Iridium plugs last a little longer with leaded fuel. But you should be fine just change the stock plugs at the start of every season or as you need to. Preventative maintenance or things to keep in the shop handy = change the DD oil, clean powervalves, i would get spare throttle body boots + spare reeds (double stacked). 046 belts ect. Maybe keep you egts around 1250 and afr no higher then 12.5 at WFO. Don't assume your afr sensor is perfect and maybe change or test it once a year. Fuel pressure is usally around 40 at idle but increases as boost rises I'm not sure on the boondocker. Have fun...
