After owning a pair, I'd say not...they're great for shaving weight, but the benefits end there...the ride is decent, but you can't tip them in the powder. I'd go with the factory x rebuildable shocks...i have a pair ready to go if you are interested. I actually have several different ones, from piggy backs to clickers our just the regular x shocks...all are well performing shocks and much cheaperthan floats...just my .02

If you can, try to find the KYB clicker shocks that came on the 07 XRS. They are pretty are to find a used set, but they work really well since you can make them nice and soft for deep powder riding, or stiff if you want to hit jumps and do some drops, all with the turn of the clicker.

I have a pair of fox floats on my 07 800R and i like them for boondocking because they make my ski stance real narrow, but for jumping in more setup snow they are not forgiving at all. If you come down even a bit sideways you better bail.

I agree about the clicker, they are called the mono tube clicker, and also came on the 07 blizzard...I have a set of hpg mono tubes complete with springs, I would let them go for $400 shipped within the lower 48

I got exits, just because I ended up w/a wider a-arm, and somebody had a used pair on here that fit. They tip just fine for me.

With that said, I may end up going back to my stock ones as I'm thinking of going with a shorter a-arm this season. In the end you get used to whatever you have if you ride it enough I find. I do like how the exits feel over pumps/woops and coming down from stuff.

Improper working Floats are like a pogo stick. Not worth the sticker on the side of them.
With that being said, I've ran Evols and Evol X's with no complaints. Just takes time to set em up to where you are happy.
The Exits are the Caddy of shocks. They come set-up, if your honest and tell em how much you weigh, and how you ride, the Z Bros have them dialed! Only reason not to like your Exit's, is because they were valved wrong for your style of riding.

With that being said, I run HPG X shocks and they have been really good actually. Stiffer springs and no swaybar, I've been meaning to buy a set of Exit's or Evols but there's not one thing I ask the HPG's to do, that they can't. FOR ME, they suit me quite well.
