New for 14' ?????? 1000 engine

Just heard a rumour that Ski-doo is bringing the 1000 back. Anyone else heard this? Hearing in the 190 HP range and only 10 lbs heavier thatn next years 800.

I hope its true. I'm still riding an 05' 1000sdi and still love the power compaired to all the new 800's, just need a sled upgrade.

I doubt it would be the same engine.....if they do have something bigger I would be surprised, its a small market to dive into with this economy and the success of the 800 etec.

what it says on sledrumors is 10-15 pounds heavier than this years 800.

never purchased a new sled and most likley will get a 2014 skidoo summit this year. can you only purchase the summit x's in the spring or can you buy them the following fall as well?

X package is spring order only.. Sometimes dealers order extra or some people who spring checked them decided they don't want them anymore

Dude you seriously need to get high speed internet! That rumor came out like two months ago. Welcome to the party.
Just funning ya. I hope its true. I'm already thinking turbo 1000 etec! Or badass 1150 big bore.
