New Can for '03 Summit 800 HO (Adjustments)

I just bought a new HPS can for my 03 Summit 800. Do I need to make any adjustments to the carb? I am just replacing the stock muffler.

I have a different brand of can but it made no difference. I have actually jetted down as the factory setting is pretty fat. Keep an eye on the plugs.
