Will the 7" ten spoke wheels replace the over suspension wheels ? If I replace the rear idlers with 8" I need to replace the top wheels to make it look complete.

Yes the seven inch wheels fit the top just specify location when ordering.

It was designed by Mountain performance and Simmons, It is all billet aluminum with fox shocks and qa1 springs all are adjustable. rear shock angle is adjustable to control lift. Has a overload shock and spring for ride comfort and control can also be removed to save weight.
