Think of your rep as tires on your truck, if they get bald or wear out seek new ones. They can be found for free. There new and shinny all ya have to do is ask or start a thread i need new tires(rep) 
or go to the tire store click for a tire guide near you Just remember the key to long tread life is being civil but when ya tackle a road hazard don't sweat itAnyone know how the points work??? If some one has 500 pts do you get 500 points when they slap you???
10% of your points for green 5% for red also red costs the rep giver 1 point

How about we do the opposite and start a red rep contest? See who can get the most red rep. Wear your red rep proudly. Beg for red rep (as I did for green) Red dots aren't all that bad. Some people walk around with a red dot on their forhead. They must think red dots are cool

Rep is stupid. I don't like it. We turned it off and heard even *more* whining than we did about it being on.
Some people are so bent out of shape about it that we've received several requests from people to delete their accounts because of it.
Some days I just *LOVE* being a forum Mod.
