Need ur info 05 M6 W/800 overbore

Has anyone heard about this? My buddies sled is as mentioned cant find out what pistons these are.

I have one and was told they are 800 polaris pistons in it. I don't know for sure as I haven't had it opened up but that's what I was told

My '05 M7 was over bored by the previous owner with Polaris 800 pistons and I was told the same kit would work on the 600. But I think there were several kits out there and doubt they were all the same.

To my knowledge there were two different ways to get an 800 big bore on the M6 or 7. One used oversized Wiseco pistons, the other used Polaris pistons. The kit using Polaris alse required machining about an 1/8" off the bottom of the cylinder because the Polaris pistons are shorter.

They have been known to use Weisco oversized, polaris 800 liberty(with the cylinders cut down), and the stock cat 800cc pistons(m8/cf8/f8).
