That may be true, but it will make or break your recovery time and success of surgery. Just watch that fine line of over doing PT as that can set you right back.

Im going to just do exactly what the doc and P Therapist say.. Hopefully that will get me back to 100% as soon as possible.. My wife wont let me over do it as it is.. Shes cussed me out a couple times.. Even swore at me when I tried to plow snow with the four wheeler.. She's getting pretty good at it now..
