Need some new sockets

Well I finally bought a good toolbox for summer sled repair. Now I’m trying to fill it. I found good deals on majority of the stuff but the one thing I can't find is a good set of sockets.

What I’m looking for is a set of around 170-200 pc sockets. Don't need wrenches or any other crap. What I want is a set that has Metric/SAE, Deep/Shallow, 6pt/12pt. I really like this set but of course there out of stock and they don't think they are going to get this set in stock any time soon.

why 12 pt? 12 pt are junk, unless you have a bunch of 12 pt point bolts...

I work on all kinds of stuff and use 12pts a lot thats why I want a variaty of everything. I might end up buying a smaller set then buy individuals to make the set I want.

Like what kind of stuff? I only used 12 pointers for rounding off 6 pt. bolts... Could of been the operator though..

kinda figured you'd have difficulty understanding the more than one point thingy

Use 12 points a lot on are JD tractors. They use 12 points on the U-Joints.

Like what kind of stuff? I only used 12 pointers for rounding off 6 pt. bolts... Could of been the operator though..

That's why it helps to use the correct size socket for the task at hand

Agreed. I love mine. They have smaller sets also. My set has maybe 60 or 70. Metric and standard, 1/2, 3/8, and 1/4.

There is nothing I hate more than looking for the ONE socket you need and NOT having it!

Wait till you loose that one.... Where is my 12 mm wrench? I swear I have been looking for the dang thing for 2 years now...lol

I bought my first full set of tools when I was 19.
I still have several of them in the tool box.
But over the years you seem to loose one after the other.
So it was time for me to start fresh and buy a full set so my 12mm wrench won't be missing any longer
