Need some ideas here

I have a 2007 (carb) 600HO IQ I it backfires terrible on bottom end and idle area. I have replaced the cdi and coil still does it i checked the reeds, boots, needle and completly cleaned the carbs. Replaced the needl/seat and psi checked them and all good. New paj.8 and starter jet 145. piot jet is 35 main jet 260 #1 clip position fuel screws out 1.5 turns tried 1 turn as well. Disconnected the kill switch no change, removed the hand warmers and wrapped bars with elec tape no change. Pulled off key switch connector same issue. Removed the cdi wiring harness to check each wire to see if broke all good. Ohm'd out stator it checks out checked oil inj system all good timing is good ohm'd out TPS good. I have verified all vaccums and seals are good not taking in air completly done both clutches. All this happens when it gets warm i have tested at home and at our elevation we ride 8000-10,000 feet. Can my temp sensor cause all this headache or can my VR cause this issue. Am i missing something here out of ideas....
