I've done a Holz and it sounds like it's pretty much the same. They had billet plates machined that would fill the original holes in the tunnel and had center points for the new ones. Some cutting of the right foot rest required too I believe to clear the chain case.
That said, a 2 inch should clear the stock set up with no roll needed. Only thing you would gain would be a better approach angle.
