I'm helping a freind get his Yami performing a little better and don't know alot about the specs on his sled.
I'm looking for a little setup info for a 2001 Mmax600. Installed a set of Aaen triple pipes and of course it's over-revving now.
I don't know what's in there right now, but the sled is basically stock. They will be riding in the 3-6000 ft range if that helps.
What rpm do i want to keep this at, to get the most out of the pipes?
I will keep trying to get a hold of Aaen, but to this point have had no luck.

Anyone out there that can give us some pointers, it's muchly appreciated........thanks

Aaen Pipes

I run Aaen Pipes on my 2001 700 MM. Runs great fixed the over reving. I run about the same elevation as you mentioned. @ 5000ft. I run 8,800 R's. At 2500 ft that same setup will run more like 9000-9100. Seems to be where it is the safest with the optimal amount of power. All my other stuff is stock, clutching ect. Hope that helps!
