need photoshop help

[knee deep in it]

I need the help of a photoshop expert. I have a picture of a guy and I would like to get a mullet put on him. The bigger the mullet, the better. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

BTW, I am planning on using it as an avatar so I need to keep the pic small.

Well I was bored...

so I figured I would see what I could do. These are pretty crude, so hopefully someone else comes up with a better one. Man, I need to get back to the snow!!!
