I'm looking for some paint suggestions on paint to use on my goose neck trailer. I remember a thread about this awhile ago but can't find it now. I'd appreciate your suggestions on what has worked good for everyone. Thanks.

Not to hijack your thread, but........I'm interested too. As I am ready to paint my horse trailer. Sanded and media blasted down to 85-90% bare steel. Need info on primer/sealer and final paint. Pic was taken in sanding stage, new pics in the am. Thanks.

I think it all depends on how much money you want to spend and the quality of finish your lookin for.(Cheapest to most expensive) Etc: equipment paint, automotive finish, epoxy, urethane,
I think the best would be either Rhino Lining or Powder coat but that would be crazy expensive
Good luck to both of you :beer;

If you want to paint it with some paint that will last I would go with Imron. It is a dupont paint made for industry like trucks and such. It is very hard after a few days and resist rock chips well. It is expensive but you can get the cheaper line for industrial applications with some limited colors. It's about 1/2 the normal Imron price. This stuff is stinky and does have some overspray to it. They also make a cheaper epoxy primer for it as well.

PPG has some new polyurethane called Delfleet that works really well and is not to high in price . They have a huge color deck system that can match about any color you need. Praxair in Minot and Dakotaland in Bismarck both have it.
