Pro-Com Heater 28k btu was $250 plus tank,hose,reg $100.

You can find smaller heat output for less $$.
Is it this one?

Does it get warm enough to thaw everything out? I live at 5000 ft, will it still work?
I would probably live the tank outside and run the hose through the fuel doors. My sleds stay frozen from Jan-March in the enclosed. I am looking for a cheap, quick solution with out cutting holes in the trailer.

Thanks.

The Heater is a "Blue Flame" ventless, 28k heat out put. If you have a qualifed tech fill the tank you wont have any overpressure venting issues. never fill a tank more than 80% of its capacity.

Peace Out

Johnny
You still need a place to vent the tank, reguardless of what type of heater you have feeding off of the tank. And if you think the safety factor is in the tech filling it only to 80%, that is just trouble waiting to happen.

Nice trailer, does the heater work "enough", being I guess its a catalytic type?

7lazy That part of the road is terrible. But i think you are right i need a trailer with the wheels on the side. do you know were i can find an interstate?

You just have to keep your eye out on the for sale list on this website or Craigslist. I found mine in Montana & paid $5100 for it & paid $300 to have it hauled down by somebody else (uship.com). (For $300, it wasn't worth my time & it would of cost me at least $300 in fuel to go pick it up myself). I am happy with the trailer & when I compared with Haulmark (past postings on this forum & manufacturers website), the Interstate was better built.

That's the one, looks like a good price too. I'm with ya on the mounting location- going change mine up a bit.

A guy on Snowest that goes by Silber had one I was interested in for a good price, not sure if it is available or not..... 27 foot by 7 foot wide.... they do pull a lot nicer than the taller 8foot 6 ones, I have had both.
