I have this as a reccomemded set up for a Union Bay 730. It shold be pretty close to what you need for your 727. This set up is for an SLP 727 Single pipe + can. This set up is for 6,000 feet.

Secondary:
56/42 .36
Red/black
3 Delrin washers

For your Elevation I would start with 420 mains and the needle in the 3rd position. You may need to drop to 400 ish mains and the needle to the 2nd position, but I would start fat due to the possible differences in air density and humidity.

The clutching I would go with 10-62's and an almond primary.

On the secondary, you could start with my above set up or another set up I am having good luck with is a 64-40 .46 with a black/purple. This seemed to work really well on the 685's I ran, just never had time to try it on the 730.

Good Luck and let me know how it works out. I haven't installed the 730 yet but should be doing so in the next week or two.
