Need help fixing my spindle.

Here's the long of the short . I bought a used 15 mh St. The rear part of the kit works great . But the front is janky! So I have a 2017 yz450f . I think the kit came off a ktm . So one side of the forks the mounting kit is bout a 1/4 of a inch off the bottom of the tube break side. It feels bent but no obvious sign. So that leads me to believe it's drilled crooked on the spindle. So was wondering if I could just redrill or would I need to weld the holes in it now as to keep the strength of the unit. Not wanting to buy a new spindle this year just fix it best I can for this year then probably get. Anew aro kit next year . Let's here your ideas I can post pics tommorow if needed . Thanks to all for all the great advice and far!

You can weld holes shut and re drill so clamps sit to the bottom of forks. Run a shaft between ears of spindle on rear for sure. Clamp bolts thread into this shaft. Set it so you have about 1” of ski setback. Center of axle to center of ski bolt. Good luck
