Need help clutching turbo dragon 800?

I ride 5-8000 ft. mostly Revelstoke,Golden area I have 2010 800 dragon 155 track boondocker turbo with mini intercooler i want to run 10lbs. boost what are the best weights to run at this boost & how much weight? is running on the straight 50 helix the best option? please help if you have hands on experiance.

clutch weights

I have the same set up. If I remember correctly, we have the recommended clutching from BD. I think we ended up drilling out the weight to 71.5 grams. We just drilled out the holes in the weight one size larger.

Same as ridgeclimber here on 2 sleds (sons). I think we drilled the #3 hole back from the tip 1 size over. I'm running the 74g Polaris weights in mine and I think they are a bit heavy. I'm gonna switch clutches with the boys soon and see what happens. My sled with the Polaris weights will hit 8200-8300 but it wont holdit. Drops back to 7800 or so. No sure it is the weights but possible. i'll post back after the switch. EW

what ridgeclimber said mine are lighting weights witch are ussually 3 gram more than a polaris weight and they are 71.4 gram witch is bout like a 68 polaris. make sure ya keep a spare primary sping along. I went threw 2 last yr.

If your hitting higher rpm's and than its dropping off your are more than likely slipping the belt on the bottom end.
