Tracks USA can get you the stuff you need for the track, rail extensions, & drivers. The dealer should be able to help with the gearing and clutching.
In my opinion, the amount of money your going to spend on this, you'd be money ahead if you sold what you have & put it toward a long track sled already setup. Less Bu!!sh!t to deal with, get on and ride.

and you will probably want tunnel extension, longer bumper, new top gear.

Snoclo is right. I went from 144-151 and it ended up costing a lot more than I expected.
