Need Help/Advice - Rentals Near Denver or Colorado Springs

Hey everyone -
I will be attending a convention for work mid-March at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. We plan on flying into Denver and I have a couple people that would like me to take them snowmobiling for something like a half day. I have never been to Colorado, much less snowmobiled there, so I am looking for some advice.

Is it even worth trying to snowmobile somewhere around Denver or Colorado Springs?

If so, are there any places that you would recommend I rent from?

Not looking for anything extreme, probably just stick to the trails.

Any help is appreciated.

The closest areas to you would probably burn up most of your time (1/2 day) just driving. If you could make a whole day it would open up a lot more possibilities.

On the Trail Rentals in Grand Lake--they have 1/2 hr non-guided 550/600 rentals. GL has the best trail system that takes you to 10,000' with outstanding mountain views. GL is 2.5 hrs from DIA. www.snowmobilecolo.com and www.onthetrailrentals.com

Vail also has rentals www.snowmobilevail.com

These are the closest rental operations close to Denver that I know about.
