need help 2010 or 09 turbo?

i'm really torn on what to do, gonna buy a new sled this year, coming off of an 07 rg tm8 with bd kit. my dilemma is i can't decide if i wanna buy the 09 or 10, i love the new sled and am leaning that direction, talked to cutler he seemed to think the 10 ran better with the turbo all around. would like to hear from some of you that have ran them and get some opinions don't think i could go wrong either way, not too worried about the price difference as it will all come out the same in the end. thanks in advance

The 2010 gets you a lighter crank, hotter porting (designed for a NA sled), M1000 pipe, and I believe a different ignition. I guess for a NA sled I would say 2010. On boost there isn't going to be much difference so save the $3K and get an 09.

thanks for the input everybody, has anybody out there tried the 10 yet with a turbo? very curious to hear how that has turned out, thanks again for the input

I have and I strongly disagree. The 2010 is lighter, more responsive, and builds more power at lower boost. The rippy feel alone is a big advantage for turbo guys. Not to mention the new seat, better motor mounts, and a host of other improvements. Now consider the price difference at about <$1000.00... why not get the 010?

where can I find a new 09' for 7g's?

I went with the 09.. Don't like the lighter crank.. heavier crank feels more safe when you are running 15psi.. I had the same price on a new 09 and a 10 so. Im on low altitude tho..

X 2 here. Mine rips.. If you are buying a new sled and slapping a rg turbo on it , i would usually say that $$$'s is not the real issue. Lighter crank does not mean weaker either. wayyyyyyy more power at lower boost
