I have a sundowner on order from sparks trailers. We've bought quite few trailers from him and the pricing and options worked out better for what we wanted. I stopped and looked at one of the horse trailers and the construction looks excellent. I also really like their extruded lower siding. They come with a 8yr structural warranty and 3yr everything but electrical warranty. Ended up ordering it 24+8bunk, 8 wide, 7 tall dual 7k axles. It's coming with aluminum extruded siding half way up, and smooth skin the rest of the way, aluminum floor, wheels, 4 windows, rv door, ac, 110v, LED lights, backup lights, load lights, and lined and insulated ceiling.
I will be building adding, E-track, cabinets, water heater, rv furnace, fridge, sink, camp toilet, some sort of table, and lining the walls. Now the wait begins.
Eric what do you do with the aluminum floor and carbides. I'm thinking probably ski boots is the best option.

If you can go with an all aluminum option you will be much better off.
My featherlite trailer is 2001 and I have owned it since 2004, its exactly the same condition as when I bought it. All i have done is replaced some burned out bulbs and replaced tires. Mine has the aluminum frame and floor, all I do it pressure wash it inside and out. 10-15 yr old featherlites still sell for 8-10,000 because they are built that well. Eric
