Need a chaincase for 06-10 Polaris ASAP!

i stripped the drain plug on my 06 rmk 900 chaincase putting sled back together and now i need a new dang case.

any IQ/RAW/RMK/Fusion model from 06-10 Polaris will work, but need pics of what you have before i commit.

Put a helicoil in that thing, permanent fix! No removal, no paying for a chaincase.
I have rock rings on my Excursion, the ring bolt holes were pretty hashed/stripped when I got the wheels, bolts coming out all the time. I helicoiled up one wheel, need to do the other three. (18 per wheel, lol.) Permanent fix though, stronger than stock!

this will be my last resort. i have a buddy that has one, but doesnt live here and needs time to check his parts and get it to me, so if he doesnt come through, ill be doing something...

sled just needs the chaincase then install skid and button it up and its done...then i only have 3 more to finishing building so i can go sledding, lol.

Lol, I hear ya. This summer I prepped my M for new parts, pulled everything off that would be changed. Exhaust, tunnel extension, tunnel traction, bars, riser, electrical, skis, mounts, etc. And didn't start to put anything back together until a couple days ago, now it isdumping snow out. Grrrr.
