Not going to game but your plan sounds good.
Had to doublecheck the date of your post because yesterday the Huskers didn't look so good.

We're going too. Will head up to the cabin after the game, not sure how long we'll stick around on Sunday.
The last time I watched Wyo And NU play Wyo gave them a pretty good game in Lincoln. That was one of the national champ years for NU. 1994 I think?

Wyoming fans are not afraid of a blow out (Texas, Boise, TCU), they show up anyway. There will be some red, and it will clash horribly with the Gold!

Been 12 yrs since I've been in the buckhorn!! Been there at 6am a time or two also
good times. I'm also confident that if I would have fallen down walking into the games I would have bled out! Usually packed a couple bottles in my pants for the first 1/2!!
The Nebraska fans better hope you show up in quantity. Seen some perty wild stuff happen to opposing fans with big attitudes and bigger mouths! If someone spills their mountain doo on you just keep lying to yourself that it was actually mtn doo!!

I'm certain that is not what you get from NE fans, hopefully the same goes for WY fans which is what I'm expecting. Don't need to add a bullet hole to the mirror behind the bar at the buckhorn Been in there once and that story is pretty shocking...

Go Pokes...played for the Pokes when we traveled to Lincoln in the 94 season. If my memory serves me right, as we all called him after the game, 'wrong way Jenay' fumbled the punt return inside our 10 and the game went south very quickly for us!!! A win is a win and the Huskers proved that. Jeremy Dombek(quarterback @ the time) got sacked so hard it bent his faceguard flush to his nose! All in all a great game...Pokes by 7

I was at that game - The Huskers were national champs that year and WYO played them very tough - just like you said it came down to a couple of plays. We drove home to Laramie tired, but happy that WYO put up a good fight in Lincoln.
Guy from my HS played on the UW team then too - you probably know him (safety #36 Chuck P). He kicks my arse at fantasy football every year now.....
