Robert Duvall in Westerns as Joe Kidd, Open Range, Lonesome Dove, Broken Trail, and Geronimo.

Seraphim Falls with Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan is an excellent western with a strange ending.

El Dorado, Big Jake, War Wagon, True Grit, Rio Lobo, Chisum, Mclintock.
Anything with the "Duke" is worth watching for the thousandth time.

I'm surprised I've not heard anyone mention any of Bronson's westerns.

White Buffalo
Death Hunt
Breakheart Pass
Magnificent 7 (along with Steve McQueen)

One of my all time favorites and good Wyoming history is Tom Horn with Steve McQueen. "You shot my horse... you S.O.B.!"
