My sled ran like S** today

l loaded up the trailer today and went to Willow for a lake ride. The machine started and idled pretty well even at below 0 temps. As soon as I got it moving I quickly realized that it had no power. The only things that I messed with was primary and driven clutches. I forgot that I pulled out 3 or 6 wafers from the power block primary (setup for 2K or 4K feet?) and should have set it back up for sea level. I adjusted the stock secondary so that the belt would be closer to level with the outer edge of the clutch as well. I rode with the hood off and the primary wasn't pulling the belt very far into the secondary. Mind you this is my '02 with the 136". Let me know what you think.

i think that your helix is sized to your secondery when that happend to mine i went to pull the secondery off the jacksheft to work on it and that to was sized too i had to pull the jackshaft and press it off just to work on it i think that happens becuz their is two aluminum surfisis touching and geting wet to but idk im just gussin it might not be your proublum but hope that helped we should go riden somtime theirs never really any hawks around we should all start riden together up here...

Thanks for the input. I took my driven off tonight and I'll bring it to work with me to tear into this week. I also have a team secondary that I'll be testing this week. We'll have to get together one of these days. I'll shoot you a pm tonight with my info. I do have your cell also. Tony sent it to me a while back.
