My new tow rig

Where can I look at these?

Here's a distant look at my black N-Fab bars for a quad cab...
You can buy them at 4 wheel parts or T.C.'s Offroad in Kent.

Congrats on the new tow rig!

Here - I found a closer photo...

Your bride will like them - from a wife getting into a lifted truck standpoint...

I hear you went to Discount Tire and got some new tires today. Did Winnee treat you right? He was telling me about you over the cliff stunt at martin creek:eek: I know I'm going to pay dearly for this post

Thanks again for all the positive response about the truck and the little woman who spoils me rotten!

I played hookie from work today to get the truck ready for towing and stopped in on Vinnie.

Yes he sold me the right tires all right! That truck does as good (Almost) in two wheel drive with those tires as the last truck did in four wheel drive.

I had a small issue with the truck and took it to the dealer after I bought the tires and while they were test driving it another driver went sliding across the road in front of them.
The mechanic stomped the break pedal (normally a stupid move on solid compact snow/ice) and the truck stopped like it was on dry pavement.
He said he had NEVER driven a rig that had as much traction as my truck with those tires. :D Awesome grip.

Did Vinnie describe where the cliff is that I did my "Agony of defeat" crash?
I was airborn right next to the sled for what seemed to be an eternity but in reality I fell only about 75 feet and luckily landed on a steep part of the cliff in snow but the 4 or five cartwheels after I landed did the damage to my knee.
Knees weren't meant to bend outwards and back up towars you.

The rocks are normally buried fairly well under snow so the cliff isn't real obvious but they were exposed that Memorial day!

That little crash gave me a limp for over a year and a half.:(
Slowed my A$$ down after that too!

After a few years pulling my 3 place enclosed trailer with a clapped out 1/2 ton Dodge that made most trips up and over the passes a friggen slow trip at best and a hairy nightmare at times, I finally stepped up and bought something that will make towing all that weight a breeze.

Actually, the little woman bought it for me for Christmas
I'm a lucky guy!

What do you think?

(Be nice Gravy):D

Now all you need is some HID's for those late night drives :D

You just can't help yourself can you:confused:

How many times have I told you not to type and think at the same time!

Now, get back to doing nothing, as usual.

Thanks for the business "Adrenaline", But I have to admit I was more excited to find a new sleddin friend today! Look forward to meeting up with you soon.
