My New Nytro With BD Turbo...

Here it is fresh from the Boondocker shop in Idaho... Just a few pics of the bad boy itself... They put the exhaust out the stock hole, I know some of you don't like it but here are a couple reasons I prefer it there

1 Warm up your Gloves, boots or de ice your goggles...

2 Negative points - No gas can or bag on the back tell you extend the tunnel... I prefer a louder sled so noise is not an issue...

just wondering how hot the gas tank gets when you ride ? i know on my sled the stock pannels get fairly warm ( to the point that u cant put youre bare hand on them but never melt ) and the BD kit gas tank goes right over top the turbo and shrouds it in ? other than that the kit looks sweet !

So far heat has not been an issue. Yes thier gas tank goes over the turbo I have a thin heat shield on mine and protective heat tape on the gas tank I never felt the side pannels get hot yet. Butt we will see .

Ahh, but our Nytro got the same mileage as our Apex last ride out. Without the little tank on the back, can you say the same?
They still should have finished it better.

Personally, i would love a bigger tank, even if it did look pregnant !

no not the last two closes to the rider they didnt allow for it plus your boost gauge is behind the pannel on your right for easy access.

Thanks .I also like the tank she is going pretty good I dont have her 100% dialed inn yet but pretty close Dustin at outlaw gets to do the finnal touches so I guess what he thinks goes...ps nice sled.

Not sure on the hp I am sure someone else might know I think 245 is around 15# ????
heat shield was done at the b/d factory all it was is a thin sheet of aluminum to help deflect the heat and the underside of the fuel tank has a heat padding sort of like the stock gas tank material..
Tuning..... If you know how to use thier box no problem it is still to me alot of #s to play with I am thinking of going with the p/l box....

Anyone else have a q??? I will tell you what has been going on if you ask..

Exactly what I was thinking still waiting for mcx to get the bigger tank. I thought with all the power I would ride less and watch more......WRONG
