I had the opportunity to ride the new pro rmk two weeks ago in the greys river area above alpine wyo. I have to say I was impressed, it is a very solid feeling and well powered machine. I think they may have finally got it
right, the lightweight feel and responsivess is impressive.

Being so used to the superior traction of Better Boards I too slipped, fell off the Pro-RMK, and stuck it in an embarrassingly weak a$$ spot.


"finally got it right"? WTF? The raw iq rmk is an awesome easy to ride mtn sled...but now the bar is quite a bit higher.

As for Poo taking and reverse engineering from competition dont be a neive fool. ALL manufactures buy competition models and tear them down to learn from them as well as make sure there are no pattent infringments. I will GAURANTEE...DOO has already got the the new Poos on order to do the same thing. Ultimately WE win as consumers in the end.

I read an article a while back ( cannot remember where or when ) in one of the snowmobile mags about how ski-doo and polaris have swapped technology from time to time. Poo got the right to use the rer tech from ski-doo in exchange for some of poos tech. Wish I could remember where I read it but age and vodka are getting to me at the moment. It is riday afterall. By the way why is there not much talk about the strength of the new poo. All we heard about the xp before it was released was how weak it would be because it was so light. Now that it has gained weight will it be stronger than the poo. Xp weak spots have been found, poo yet to be discovered. That being said I hope it Rocks, compition is good.

I total agree! I am not stepping in to my local dealer until i know i can either put a different motor in it or a turbo kit!

And they dis continued the 700... It was an amazing sled and they stopped making it!
